This alpaca shawl is based on one of the washcloths in Fiber Trends' "Bathing Beauties." Pat Cornacchione used Jaeger Alpaca 4-Ply (100% alpaca) yarn, in color "Arequipa" (white) on #9US needles. It took 4 balls and blocked beautifully to 22x72". It was a piece commissioned by the mother of a bride-to-be for her November 2007 wedding. |
